Public offer

This public offer (the Offer) is a proposal by Avrora AFS Trade MChJ, TIN 310915818 (the Seller), to conclude a contract for the sale of the goods presented on reha.uz (the Site) with any individual or legal entity (the Buyer) on the terms below. The Russian and Uzbek versions of this Offer prevail.

1. Placing an order

1.1. The Buyer places an order on the Site, by phone +998 95 950 55 73, on Telegram, WhatsApp or in the showroom.

1.2. After an order is placed on the Site, the Seller's manager contacts the Buyer to confirm the items, the set, the delivery price and the lead time. The contract is concluded when the confirmed order is paid.

2. Prices and payment

2.1. Prices are in Uzbek sum (UZS) and include VAT. The price is fixed when the manager confirms the order.

2.2. Orders are paid in full before delivery (100 % prepayment) unless the manager agrees otherwise. Payment methods: bank transfer, bank card, cash in the showroom, Payme, Click.

3. Lead time and delivery

3.1. Goods that are not in stock are brought to order. The lead time is up to 60 days from payment, unless another term is stated on the product page or when the order is confirmed.

3.2. Delivery within Tashkent is free. To the regions goods are sent by BTS or by a hired truck (bulky items); the delivery price is given when the order is confirmed and added to the order total.

3.3. On receipt the Buyer checks the packaging, quantity and completeness of the goods.

4. Warranty, exchange and return

4.1. Goods carry the manufacturer's warranty; the warranty period is stated in the product documents.

4.2. Exchanges and returns follow the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Goods of proper quality brought to order in the size and set chosen by the Buyer may be non-returnable to the extent permitted by law.

5. Other terms

5.1. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5.2. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data under the Privacy policy.
