BIKO adaptive tricycle

BIKO is a modular tricycle by the Italian company Ormesa for people with special needs. Riding it trains hand–eye coordination, leg strength and balance, and rides outdoors with family and friends turn rehabilitation into something a child looks forward to.

The frame has a low central step, so getting on and off is easy, often without help. The bottom bracket sits forward of the saddle, so the rider pedals with the hip slightly flexed, which makes pedalling noticeably easier. The frame folds and fits in a car boot (all sizes except Mini).
